In Saturday's non-league outing, the Pebble Hills Spartans (El Paso, TX) basketball squad nipped the host Midland Legacy Rebels (Midland, TX), by a margin of 62-59.

The Spartans (13-6) will now prepare for their outing against Eastlake (El Paso, TX). The Falcons go into the 6A Region I District 1 outing with a 11-11 record. In their last outing, Eastlake got by San Elizario (San Elizario, TX), 37-26, in a non-league outing.
