December 30, 2023: Goshen, IN 46526 Fans at Saturday's non-league challenge between the DeKalb Barons (Waterloo, IN) and the host Goshen RedHawks (Goshen, IN), saw DeKalb's basketball squad overcome Goshen by a tally of 33-25.
With the victory, DeKalb improves its record to 11-5 on the campaign. The Barons host Eastside (Butler, IN) to confront the Blazers in a non-league challenge on Tuesday, January 2. The Blazers come into the challenge with a record of 13-2. Eastside won 54-38 in their recent non-league challenge against Edon (Edon, OH)
Next up, the RedHawks confront the Mishawaka Marian Knights (Mishawaka, IN) in a non-league challenge, on Thursday, January 4. Goshen will attempt to improve on its 6-9 season record. The Knights come into the challenge with a 2-14 record after their 65-28 non-league loss to Morgan Township (Valparaiso, IN).
