The El Rancho Dons basketball team scored 48 points and limited the host Segerstrom Jaguars to 43 in the Dons non-league triumph on Monday.

The Dons now possess a 10-8 record. They play next when they travel to El Monte for a non-league game on Friday, January 3. El Rancho will confront a Lions team coming off a 61-28 non-league loss to Edgewood (West Covina, CA). The Lions record now stands at 1-12.

With the loss, Segerstrom falls to 8-8 on the campaign. The Jaguars travel to Kennedy (La Palma, CA) to confront the Fighting Irish in a non-league game on Friday, January 3.
