December 30, 2024: Fayetteville, TN 37334 The Lincoln County Falcons (Fayetteville, TN) basketball edged the visiting Perry County Vikings (Linden, TN), 62-59 in Monday's non-league bout.
The Falcons now possess a 4-6 record. They play next when they travel to Giles County for a non-league bout on Thursday, January 2. Lincoln County will play a Bobcats team coming off a 80-75 non-league win over Madison Academy (Madison, AL). The Bobcats record now stands at 8-5.
With the loss, Perry County falls to 2-10 on the campaign. The Vikings host Houston County (Erin, TN) to play the Fighting Irish in a non-league bout on Friday, January 3. The Fighting Irish go into the bout with a record of 8-6. Houston County won 55-44 in their recent non-league bout against Cheatham County Central (Ashland City, TN)
