December 30, 2024: Mays Landing, NJ 08330 Salem Rams (Salem, NJ) supporters left the game happy Monday as they witnessed their basketball squad run past the host Oakcrest Falcons (Mays Landing, NJ), 54-37 in a non-league match.
With the victory, Salem advances its record to 4-1 on the year. The Rams host Millville (Millville, NJ) to meet the Thunderbolts in a non-league match on Tuesday, December 31. The Thunderbolts enter the match with a record of 1-5. Millville lost 76-58 in their recent non-league match against Burlington Township (Burlington, NJ)
The Falcons now own a 0-4 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Cherry Hill East for a non-league match on Thursday, January 2. Oakcrest will meet a Cougars squad coming off a 55-51 non-league win over Cherry Hill West (Cherry Hill, NJ). The Cougars record now stands at 6-1.
