Alabama High School Basketball - Northside Methodist Academy fells Wicksburg
December 4, 2023: Dothan, AL 36303 Northside Methodist Academy Knights (Dothan, AL) backers were in high spirits Monday as they witnessed their basketball squad thwart the visiting Wicksburg Panthers (Newton, AL), 66-50 in a non-league bout.
With the win, Northside Methodist Academy upgrades its record to 8-1 on the season. The Knights travel to Daleville (Daleville, AL) to clash with the Warhawks in a non-league bout on Thursday, December 7. The Warhawks go into the bout with a record of 3-5. Daleville won 56-53 in their recent non-league bout against Abbeville (Abbeville, AL)
Next up, the Panthers clash with the Houston County Lions (Columbia, AL) in a non-league bout, on Tuesday, December 5. Wicksburg will attempt to upgrade on its 2-6 season record. The Lions go into the bout with a 2-3 record after their 56-45 non-league loss to Ponce De Leon (Ponce De Leon, FL).
