The Mesabi East Giants (Aurora, MN) basketball knocked off the visiting Ely Timberwolves (Ely, MN), 61-51 in Monday's non-league test.

The Giants (3-1) will now prepare for their test against Hinckley-Finlayson (Hinckley, MN). The Jaguars go into the AA Section 7 test with a 2-2 record.
