December 4, 2023: Hermitage, AR 71647 Fans at Monday's non-league challenge between the Woodlawn Bears (Rison, AR) and the host Hermitage Hermits (Hermitage, AR), saw Woodlawn's basketball squad wallop Hermitage by a count of 54-21.
With the victory, Woodlawn upgrades its record to 4-4 on the campaign. The Bears host Bismarck (Bismarck, AR) to play the Lions in a non-league challenge on Tuesday, December 5. The Lions come into the challenge with a record of 5-4. Bismarck won 70-32 in their recent non-league challenge against Abundant Life (North Little Rock, AR)
Next up, the Hermits play the Dermott Rams (Dermott, AR) in a 1A Region 8 challenge, on Tuesday, December 5. Hermitage will attempt to upgrade on its 2-3 season record. The Rams come into the challenge with a 0-8 record after their 70-9 non-league loss to McGehee (McGehee, AR).
