The crowd at Wednesday's non-league challenge between the Cornerstone Charter Cardinals (Greensboro, NC) and the host River Mill Jaguars (Graham, NC), observed Cornerstone Charter's basketball team knock off River Mill by a score of 70-56.

The Cardinals (5-1) will now prepare for their challenge against Bethany Community (Summerfield, NC). The Wolves come into the 1A Northwest Piedmont challenge with a 3-5 record. In their last challenge, Bethany Community dropped by North Stokes (Danbury, NC), 78-50, in a non-league challenge.

In their next game, the Jaguars encounter the Uwharrie Charter Academy Eagles (Asheboro, NC) in a non-league challenge, on Friday, December 6.
