December 4, 2024: Shepherd, MI 48883 The Shepherd Bluejays (Shepherd, MI) basketball crushed the visiting Harrison Hornets (Harrison, MI), 61-40 in Wednesday's league challenge.
The Bluejays (1-1) will now prepare for their challenge against Clare (Clare, MI). The Pioneers come into the Jack Pine battle with a 0-1 record. In their last battle, Clare was crushed by Alma (Alma, MI), 47-27, in a non-league battle.
The Hornets now own a 1-2 record. They put it on the line next when they host Beaverton for a Jack Pine battle on Friday, December 6. Harrison will meet a Beavers squad coming off a 36-25 non-league win over Coleman (Coleman, MI). The Beavers record now stands at 1-0.
