December 4, 2024: McDonald, PA 15057 The crowd at Wednesday's non-league challenge between the South Fayette Lions (McDonald, PA) and the visiting Pine-Richland Rams (Gibsonia, PA), observed South Fayette's basketball team overwhelm Pine-Richland by a score of 51-22.
The Lions (2-0) will now prepare for their challenge against Mt. Lebanon (Pittsburgh, PA). The Blue Devils come into the WPIAL 6A 2 challenge with a 1-2 record. In their last challenge, Mt. Lebanon was routed by Chartiers Valley (Bridgeville, PA), 35-33, in a non-league challenge.
