In Wednesday's non-league test, the East Rowan Mustangs (Salisbury, NC) basketball squad defeated the visiting Concord Spiders (Concord, NC), by a score of 33-13.

Next, the Mustangs clash with the North Stanly Comets (New London, NC) in a non-league test, on Thursday, December 5. East Rowan will attempt to improve on its 1-0 season record.

The Spiders (0-2) will now prepare for their match against Mount Pleasant (Mt. Pleasant, NC). The Tigers enter the non-league match with a 0-2 record. In their last match, Mount Pleasant was dropped by A.L. Brown (Kannapolis, NC), 23-6, in a non-league match.
