Arizona High School Basketball - Highland sneaks past Mesquite

The Highland Hawks (Gilbert, AZ) basketball edged the host Mesquite Wildcats (Gilbert, AZ), 57-55 in Thursday's non-league test.

Next, the Hawks clash with the Corona del Sol Aztecs (Tempe, AZ) in a non-league test, on Tuesday, December 9. Highland will attempt to improve on its 3-1 season record. The Aztecs come into the test with a 0-4 record after their 94-22 non-league loss to Perry (Gilbert, AZ).

With the loss, Mesquite falls to 5-2 on the campaign. The Wildcats travel to Higley (Gilbert, AZ) to play the Knights in a non-league bout on Tuesday, December 9. The Knights go into the bout with a record of 2-1. Higley lost 70-60 in their recent non-league bout against Kellis (Glendale, AZ)
