The Northern Guilford Nighthawks (Greensboro, NC) basketball crushed the host Western Guilford Hornets (Greensboro, NC), 74-37 in Thursday's non-league challenge.

The Nighthawks (3-2) will now prepare for their challenge against East Forsyth (Kernersville, NC). The Eagles come into the non-league challenge with a 4-1 record. In their last challenge, East Forsyth trounced Walkertown (Walkertown, NC), 65-11, in a non-league challenge.

In their next game, the Hornets encounter the High Point Central Bison (High Point, NC) in a non-league challenge, on Tuesday, December 9. Western Guilford will attempt to improve on its 2-3 season record. The Bison come into the challenge with a 1-3 record after their 51-23 non-league loss to Asheboro (Asheboro, NC).
