The South Fayette Lions (McDonald, PA) ice hockey held off the visiting North Allegheny Tigers (Wexford, PA), 3-2 in Thursday's league outing.

The Lions now own a 5-6 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Pine-Richland for a challenge on Monday, December 8. South Fayette will battle a Rams team coming off a 7-3 non-league loss to St. Ignatius (Cleveland, OH). The Rams record now stands at 6-9.
