Michigan High School Basketball - Columbia Central holds off Concord

Fans at Monday's non-league challenge between the Columbia Central Golden Eagles (Brooklyn, MI) and the host Concord Yellowjackets (Concord, MI), saw Columbia Central's basketball squad hold off Concord by a tally of 63-59.

With the victory, Columbia Central improves its record to 1-0 on the campaign. The Golden Eagles host Napoleon (Napoleon, MI) to confront the Pirates in a non-league challenge on Wednesday, December 7. The Pirates come into the challenge with a record of 1-0. Napoleon won 52-41 in their recent non-league challenge against Stockbridge (Stockbridge, MI)

Next up, the Yellowjackets confront the Michigan Center Cardinals (Michigan Center, MI) in a non-league challenge, on Thursday, December 8. Concord will attempt to improve on its 0-1 season record. The Cardinals come into the challenge with a 0-1 record after their 71-62 non-league loss to Onsted (Onsted, MI).
