The Concord Yellowjackets basketball team (Concord, MI), dropped 63-45 in Monday's non-league battle with the host Napoleon Pirates (Napoleon, MI)

The Pirates now possess a 9-0 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to East Jackson for a Cascades battle on Thursday, January 19. Napoleon will confront a Trojans team coming off a 51-43 non-league win over Hillsdale (Hillsdale, MI). The Trojans record now stands at 2-6.

The Yellowjackets (7-4) will now prepare for their battle against Jonesville (Jonesville, MI). The Comets come into the Big 8 battle with a 8-1 record. In their last battle, Jonesville beat Union City (Union City, MI), 57-33, in a league battle.
