Fans at Thursday's non-league challenge between the Concord Yellowjackets (Concord, MI) and the host East Jackson Trojans (Jackson, MI), saw Concord's basketball squad hold off East Jackson by a tally of 53-46.

With the victory, Concord improves its record to 4-2 on the campaign. The Yellowjackets host Homer (Homer, MI) to play the Trojans in a Big 8 challenge on Thursday, January 5. The Trojans come into the challenge with a record of 4-2. Homer won 63-53 in their recent non-league challenge against Grass Lake (Grass Lake, MI)
