The Concord Yellowjackets (Concord, MI) basketball nipped the visiting Homer Trojans (Homer, MI), 45-43 in Thursday's league test.

The Yellowjackets (5-2) will now prepare for their test against Jackson (Jackson, MI). The Vikings go into the non-league test with a 4-2 record. In their last test, Jackson got by Western (Parma, MI), 77-58, in a non-league test.
