In Monday's non-league match, the host First Flight Nighthawks basketball team scored a good 50-42 triumph over the Currituck County Knights.

In their next game, the Nighthawks meet the Albemarle School Colts (Elizabeth City, NC) in a non-league match, on Monday, December 12. First Flight will attempt to move on its 1-2 season record.
