Kentucky High School Basketball - Trinity overwhelms Bardstown
December 5, 2023: Louisville, KY 40207 Fans at Tuesday's non-league challenge between the Trinity Shamrocks (Louisville, KY) and the visiting Bardstown Tigers (Bardstown, KY), saw Trinity's basketball squad wallop Bardstown by a count of 81-43.
With the victory, Trinity upgrades its record to 2-1 on the campaign. The Shamrocks travel to Atherton (Louisville, KY) to play the Ravens in a District 27 challenge on Friday, December 8. The Ravens come into the challenge with a record of 1-3. Atherton won 59-45 in their recent non-league challenge against Valley (Louisville, KY)
Next up, the Tigers play the Nelson County Cardinals (Bardstown, KY) in a District 19 challenge, on Friday, December 8. Bardstown will attempt to upgrade on its 1-2 season record. The Cardinals come into the challenge with a 1-1 record after their 50-49 league win over Bethlehem (Bardstown, KY).
