Texas High School Basketball - Hubbard holds off Blooming Grove
December 5, 2023: Hubbard, TX 76648 Fans at Tuesday's non-league challenge between the Hubbard Jaguars (Hubbard, TX) and the visiting Blooming Grove Lions (Blooming Grove, TX), saw Hubbard's basketball squad hold off Blooming Grove by a tally of 40-38.
With the victory, Hubbard improves its record to 6-2 on the campaign. The Jaguars travel to Milford (Milford, TX) to confront the Bulldogs in a non-league challenge on Thursday, December 7. The Bulldogs come into the challenge with a record of 4-0. Milford won 66-53 in their recent non-league challenge against Covington (Covington, TX)
Next up, the Lions confront the Iredell Dragons (Iredell, TX) in a non-league challenge, on Thursday, December 7. Blooming Grove will attempt to improve on its 1-3 season record.
