The Williamsburg Wildcats basketball team scored 55 points and held the host Georgetown G-Men to 47 in the Wildcats league triumph on Tuesday.
The Wildcats now sport a 2-0 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Blanchester for a Southern Buckeye - National contest on Friday, December 8. Williamsburg will meet a Wildcats team coming off a 47-27 non-league win over Ripley-Union-Lewis-Huntington (Ripley, OH). The Wildcats record now stands at 1-0.
The G-Men (0-1) will now prepare for their contest against Clermont Northeastern (Batavia, OH). The Rockets enter the Southern Buckeye - National contest with a 2-1 record. In their last contest, Clermont Northeastern ran past New Richmond (New Richmond, OH), 49-34, in a non-league contest.
