The Mooresville Blue Devils basketball team scored 58 points and held the visiting Hough Huskies to 37 in the Blue Devils non-league triumph on Tuesday.

The Blue Devils now sport a 4-2 record. They put it on the line next when they host Statesville for a non-league contest on Friday, December 8. Mooresville will battle a Greyhounds team coming off a 71-68 non-league loss to Lincolnton (Lincolnton, NC). The Greyhounds record now stands at 1-1.

The Huskies (1-5) will now prepare for their contest against North Mecklenburg (Huntersville, NC). The Vikings enter the 3A/4A Queen City contest with a 4-0 record. In their last contest, North Mecklenburg triumphed over Berry (Charlotte, NC), 94-33, in a non-league contest.
