The Lamar Vikings basketball team scored 61 points and held the visiting North Forney Falcons to 58 in the Vikings non-league triumph on Tuesday.

The Vikings now sport a 6-5 record. They put it on the line next when they host Mansfield for a non-league contest on Friday, December 8. Lamar will meet a Tigers team coming off a 49-46 non-league win over Sam Houston (Arlington, TX). The Tigers record now stands at 5-4.
