The Palmer Dragons basketball team scored 72 points and held the host Leflore County Tigers to 49 in the Dragons non-league triumph on Tuesday.

The Dragons now sport a 3-6 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Amanda Elzy for a non-league contest on Friday, December 8. Palmer will meet a Panthers team coming off a 57-48 non-league win over Gentry (Indianola, MS). The Panthers record now stands at 5-5.
