Louisiana High School Basketball - Midland tops South Beauregard
December 5, 2023: Midland, LA 70559 Fans at Tuesday's non-league challenge between the Midland Rebels (Midland, LA) and the visiting South Beauregard Knights (Longville, LA), saw Midland's basketball squad knock off South Beauregard by a tally of 73-60.
With the victory, Midland improves its record to 9-5 on the campaign. The Rebels host Fairview (Grant, LA) to play the Panthers in a non-league challenge on Tuesday, December 19. The Panthers come into the challenge with a record of 6-7.
Next up, the Knights play the Hamilton Christian Warriors (Lake Charles, LA) in a non-league challenge, on Friday, December 8. South Beauregard will attempt to improve on its 6-3 season record. The Warriors come into the challenge with a 2-5 record after their 70-52 non-league loss to Beaumont United (Beaumont, TX).
