The North Mecklenburg Vikings basketball team scored 94 points and held the visiting Berry Cardinal to 33 in the Vikings non-league triumph on Tuesday.

The Vikings now sport a 4-0 record. They put it on the line next when they host Hough for a 3A/4A Queen City contest on Friday, December 8. North Mecklenburg will battle a Huskies team coming off a 58-37 non-league loss to Mooresville (Mooresville, NC). The Huskies record now stands at 1-5.

The Cardinal (1-5) will now prepare for their contest against Palisades (Charlotte, NC). The Pumas enter the 4A South Meck contest with a 4-2 record. In their last contest, Palisades triumphed over Rocky River (Mint Hill, NC), 71-48, in a non-league contest.
