December 5, 2023: Bogue Chitto, MS 39629 Fans at Tuesday's non-league challenge between the Bogue Chitto Bobcats (Bogue Chitto, MS) and the visiting Copiah Academy Colonels (Gallman, MS), saw Bogue Chitto's basketball squad overcome Copiah Academy by a tally of 48-40.
With the victory, Bogue Chitto improves its record to 7-0 on the campaign. The Bobcats travel to Franklin County (Meadville, MS) to confront the Bulldogs in a non-league challenge on Friday, December 8. The Bulldogs come into the challenge with a record of 2-6. Franklin County lost 45-25 in their recent non-league challenge against North Pike (Summit, MS)
Next up, the Colonels confront the Laurel HomeSchool Knight Hawks (Laurel, MS) in a non-league challenge, on Friday, December 8. Copiah Academy will attempt to improve on its 0-10 season record. The Knight Hawks come into the challenge with a 14-2 record after their 52-51 non-league win over Lamar Christian (Purvis, MS).
