The East Mecklenburg Eagles (Charlotte, NC) basketball felled the visiting Piedmont Panthers (Monroe, NC), 64-52 in Tuesday's non-league test.

The Eagles (2-4) will now prepare for their test against Rocky River (Mint Hill, NC). The Ravens go into the 4A Southwestern test with a 1-3 record.

The Panthers now own a 2-2 record. They play next when they travel to Union Academy for a non-league test on Thursday, December 7. Piedmont will encounter a Cardinals squad coming off a 74-7 non-league win over Central Academy (Monroe, NC). The Cardinals record now stands at 4-1.
