December 5, 2023: Normal, IL 61761 Fans at Tuesday's non-league challenge between the Normal Community Ironmen (Normal, IL) and the visiting Rock Island Rocks (Rock Island, IL), saw Normal Community's basketball squad wallop Rock Island by a count of 66-45.
With the victory, Normal Community upgrades its record to 7-1 on the campaign. The Ironmen host Champaign Central (Champaign, IL) to play the Maroons in a Big Twelve challenge on Thursday, December 7. The Maroons come into the challenge with a record of 4-4.
Next up, the Rocks play the Alleman Pioneers (Rock Island, IL) in a Western Big 6 challenge, on Thursday, December 7. Rock Island will attempt to upgrade on its 4-5 season record.
