Minnesota High School Basketball - Eastview thwarts Washburn
December 5, 2024: Apple Valley, MN 55124 The crowd at Thursday's non-league challenge between the Eastview Lightning (Apple Valley, MN) and the visiting Washburn Millers (Minneapolis, MN), observed Eastview's basketball team knock off Washburn by a score of 77-69.
The Lightning (2-0) will now prepare for their challenge against Chaska (Chaska, MN). The Hawks come into the non-league challenge with a 2-0 record. In their last challenge, Chaska prevailed over Lakeville South (Lakeville, MN), 73-67, in a non-league challenge.
In their next game, the Millers encounter the Robbinsdale Armstrong Falcons (Plymouth, MN) in a AAAA Section 6 challenge, on Saturday, December 7. Washburn will attempt to improve on its 1-1 season record. The Falcons come into the challenge with a 0-2 record after their 100-85 league loss to St. Louis Park (St. Louis Park, MN).
