December 5, 2024: Jemison, AL 35085 Holtville Bulldogs (Deatsville, AL) supporters left the game happy Thursday as they witnessed their basketball squad hold off the host Jemison Panthers (Jemison, AL), 67-64 in a non-league match.
With the victory, Holtville advances its record to 4-3 on the year. The Bulldogs travel to Trinity Presbyterian (Montgomery, AL) to meet the Wildcats in a non-league match on Tuesday, December 10. The Wildcats enter the match with a record of 2-2. Trinity Presbyterian lost 71-58 in their recent non-league match against Providence Christian (Dothan, AL)
The Panthers now own a 6-2 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Calera for a non-league match on Friday, December 6. Jemison will meet a Eagles squad coming off a 51-48 non-league loss to Montevallo (Montevallo, AL). The Eagles record now stands at 3-7.
