December 5, 2024: Drexel Hill, PA 19026 The Upper Darby Royals (Drexel Hill, PA) basketball were winner over the visiting Interboro Buccaneers (Prospect Park, PA), 62-54 in Thursday's non-league bout.
The Royals now possess a 2-1 record. They play next when they travel to Haverford for a Central bout on Tuesday, December 10. Upper Darby will play a Fords team coming off a 50-45 non-league loss to Lancaster Mennonite (Lancaster, PA). The Fords record now stands at 0-2.
With the loss, Interboro falls to 0-3 on the campaign. The Buccaneers travel to Science Leadership Academy at Beeber (Philadelphia, PA) to play the Rockets in a non-league bout on Friday, December 6. The Rockets go into the bout with a record of 1-1. Science Leadership Academy at Beeber lost 74-43 in their recent league bout against Simon Gratz (Philadelphia, PA)
