The Our Lady of the Lakes Lakers basketball squad (Waterford, MI), was nudged 49-46 in Thursday's non-league battle with the host Parkway Christian Eagles (Sterling Heights, MI)

With the victory, Parkway Christian advances its record to 3-1 on the year. The Eagles host Whitmore Lake (Whitmore Lake, MI) to meet the Trojans in a Michigan Independent - Red battle on Friday, December 6. The Trojans enter the battle with a record of 1-1. Whitmore Lake lost 93-60 in their recent non-league battle against Summerfield (Petersburg, MI)

The Lakers now own a 1-2 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Southfield Christian for a non-league battle on Tuesday, December 10.
