Michigan High School Basketball - Superior Central holds off Cedarville
December 5, 2025: Cedarville, MI 49719 In Friday's non-league contest, the visiting Superior Central Cougars basketball team scored a close 42-41 triumph over the Cedarville Trojans.
The Cougars (3-0) will now prepare for their contest against Mackinaw City (Mackinaw City, MI). The Comets go into the non-league match with a 1-0 record. In their last match, Mackinaw City got by Engadine (Engadine, MI), 65-42, in a non-league match.
The Trojans now sport a 1-1 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Brimley for a Eastern Upper Peninsula match on Tuesday, December 9. Cedarville will face a Bays squad coming off a 69-43 non-league loss to Traverse City Christian (Traverse City, MI). The Bays record now stands at 0-2.
