Martin Tigers (Laredo, TX) backers went home thrilled Friday as they saw their basketball team smash the host Harmony School of Excellence Hawks (Laredo, TX), 67-31 in a non-league contest.

The Tigers (4-10) will now prepare for their contest against Palmview (La Joya, TX). The Lobos go into the non-league contest with a 7-6 record. In their last contest, Palmview was trounced by United South (Laredo, TX), 56-42, in a non-league contest.

Next, the Hawks face the Cigarroa Toros (Laredo, TX) in a non-league outing, on Saturday, December 6. Harmony School of Excellence will attempt to upgrade on its 1-12 season record. The Toros enter the outing with a 4-8 record after their 84-68 non-league loss to Pleasanton (Pleasanton, TX).
