With the victory, Nixon advances its record to 22-8 on the year. The Mustangs host Rio Grande City (Rio Grande City, TX) to meet the Rattlers in a 5A Region IV District 30 match on Tuesday, February 3. The Rattlers enter the match with a record of 15-14.
