California High School Basketball - Sherman Oaks CES can't hold off Los Angeles
December 5, 2025: Los Angeles, CA 90019 The Los Angeles Romans nudged the visiting Sherman Oaks CES Knights basketball team by a margin of 54-48 in Friday's non-league game.
The Romans now have a 3-4 record. They play next when they travel to Dr. Maya Angelou Community for a Exposition game on Wednesday, December 10. Los Angeles will confront a Phoenix team coming off a 61-40 league win over Santee (Los Angeles, CA). The Phoenix record now stands at 4-1.
With the loss, Sherman Oaks CES falls to 4-5 on the campaign. The Knights host Arleta (Arleta, CA) to confront the Mustangs in a non-league game on Monday, December 8. The Mustangs go into the game with a record of 2-5. Arleta won 69-45 in their recent non-league outing against WISH Academy (Los Angeles, CA)
