The Spalding Jaguars (Griffin, GA) basketball toppled the visiting Trinity Christian Lions (Sharpsburg, GA), 71-57 in Friday's league bout.

The Jaguars now possess a 5-1 record. They play next when they travel to Jackson for a non-league bout on Saturday, December 6. Spalding will play a Red Devils team coming off a 55-49 non-league win over Crawford County (Roberta, GA). The Red Devils record now stands at 2-2.

With the loss, Trinity Christian falls to 1-5 on the campaign. The Lions travel to Callaway (Hogansville, GA) to clash with the Cavaliers in a non-league test on Tuesday, December 9. The Cavaliers come into the test with a record of 0-0.
