The Telfair County Trojans walloped the visiting Atkinson County Rebels basketball team by a tally of 62-29 in Friday's non-league game.

The Trojans now possess a 1-1 record. They play next when they host Dodge County for a non-league game on Saturday, December 6. Telfair County will play a Indians team coming off a 69-25 non-league loss to Coffee (Douglas, GA). The Indians record now stands at 1-2.

With the loss, Atkinson County falls to 1-4 on the season. The Rebels travel to Jeff Davis (Hazlehurst, GA) to encounter the Yellowjackets in a non-league test on Tuesday, December 9.
