Texas High School Basketball - Follett succumbs to Shamrock

In Friday's non-league test, the Shamrock Irish (Shamrock, TX) basketball squad defeated the host Follett Panthers (Follett, TX), by a final score of 35-24.

The Irish now possess a 3-3 record. They play next when they host Lefors for a 1A Region I District 2 bout on Tuesday, December 9. Shamrock will play a Pirates team coming off a 61-31 non-league loss to Hartley (Hartley, TX). The Pirates record now stands at 1-3.

With the loss, Follett falls to 2-5 on the campaign. The Panthers travel to Pringle-Morse (Morse, TX) to encounter the Cougars in a non-league test on Saturday, December 6. The Cougars come into the test with a record of 3-10. Pringle-Morse lost 30-20 in their recent non-league test against Booker (Booker, TX)
