In Friday's non-league contest, the visiting Shasta Wolves basketball team scored a close 46-45 triumph over the Foothill Cougars.

The Wolves (3-1) will now prepare for their contest against Enterprise (Redding, CA). The Hornets go into the non-league contest with a 1-0 record. In their last contest, Enterprise got by Placer (Auburn, CA), 78-32, in a non-league match.
