The Pinon Eagles basketball team scored 62 points and limited the visiting Valley Pirates to 60 in the Eagles non-league triumph on Friday.

The Eagles now possess a 2-0 record. They play next when they travel to Northland Prep Academy for a game on Tuesday, January 6.
