Washington High School Basketball - Lynden Christian overwhelms Burlington-Edison
December 6, 2022: Burlington, WA 98233 Fans at Tuesday's league challenge between the Lynden Christian Lyncs (Lynden, WA) and the host Burlington-Edison Tigers (Burlington, WA), saw Lynden Christian's basketball squad wallop Burlington-Edison by a tally of 81-37.
With the victory, Lynden Christian improves its record to 3-0 on the campaign. The Lyncs host Sedro-Woolley (Sedro-Woolley, WA) to play the Cubs in a 1A/2A/3A Northwest challenge on Friday, December 9. The Cubs come into the challenge with a record of 1-1. Sedro-Woolley lost 69-56 in their recent league challenge against Nooksack Valley (Everson, WA)
Next up, the Tigers play the Mount Vernon Bulldogs (Mount Vernon, WA) in a 1A/2A/3A Northwest challenge, on Friday, December 9. Burlington-Edison will attempt to improve on its 0-2 season record. The Bulldogs come into the challenge with a 2-0 record after their 71-54 non-league win over Mariner (Everett, WA).
