Louisiana High School Basketball - Rayville topped by Carroll
December 6, 2022: Rayville, LA 71269 The Carroll Bulldogs basketball team scored 74 points and restricted the host Rayville Hornets to 64 in the Bulldogs non-league victory on Tuesday.
The Bulldogs now sport a 5-3 record. They put it on the line next when they host Washington-Marion for a non-league contest on Saturday, December 10. Carroll will battle a Charging Indians team coming off a 51-48 non-league win over Mentorship Academy (Baton Rouge, LA). The Charging Indians record now stands at 3-2.
The Hornets (3-1) will now prepare for their contest against Longview (Longview, TX). The Lobos come into the non-league contest with a 10-1 record. In their last contest, Longview prevailed over Nacogdoches (Nacogdoches, TX), 49-33, in a non-league contest.
