The Easley HomeSchool Guardians basketball team scored 57 points and held the host Upstate HomeSchool Bearcats to 52 in the Guardians league triumph on Tuesday.
The Guardians now sport a 1-0 record. They put it on the line next when they host Hampton Park Christian for a non-league contest on Friday, December 9. Easley HomeSchool will meet a team coming off a 42-41 non-league loss to Laurens Academy (Laurens, SC). The record now stands at 3-2.
The Bearcats (3-1) will now prepare for their contest against Westgate Christian (Spartanburg, SC). The Eagles enter the South Carolina Christian A - Region 1 contest with a 0-2 record. In their last contest, Westgate Christian was nudged by Lake Pointe Academy (York, SC), 58-47, in a league contest.
