North Carolina High School Basketball - Piedmont Classical fells Shining Light Academy

December 6, 2022: Greensboro, NC 27409

Piedmont Classical Bobcats (Browns Summit, NC) backers were in high spirits Tuesday as they witnessed their basketball squad thwart the host Shining Light Academy Knights (Greensboro, NC), 77-60 in a non-league bout.

With the win, Piedmont Classical upgrades its record to 11-2 on the season. The Bobcats host NC GBB Academy National (Durham, NC) to play the Eagles in a bout on Friday, December 9. The Eagles go into the bout with a record of 1-3. NC GBB Academy National lost 90-71 in their recent non-league bout against Combine Academy (Lincolnton, NC)

Next up, the Knights play the Lee Park Prep Knights (Monroe, NC) in a non-league bout, on Monday, December 12. Shining Light Academy will attempt to upgrade on its 3-3 season record. The Knights go into the bout with a 7-0 record after their 61-43 non-league win over Scotland Christian Academy (Laurinburg, NC).
