The River Ridge Knights basketball team (Woodstock, GA), was nudged 61-60 in Tuesday's league battle with the visiting Sequoyah Chiefs (Canton, GA)

The Chiefs now possess a 4-2 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to North Forsyth for a non-league battle on Saturday, December 10. Sequoyah will battle a Raiders team coming off a 65-63 non-league loss to Lambert (Suwanee, GA). The Raiders record now stands at 4-2.

The Knights (3-4) will now prepare for their battle against Creekview (Canton, GA). The Grizzlies come into the AAAAAA Region 6 battle with a 3-3 record. In their last battle, Creekview edged Allatoona (Acworth, GA), 60-43, in a league battle.
