Fans at Tuesday's non-league challenge between the Roanoke Valley Christian EAGLES (Roanoke, VA) and the visiting Temple Christian Crusaders (Madison Heights, VA), saw Roanoke Valley Christian's basketball squad hold off Temple Christian by a count of 42-36.

With the victory, Roanoke Valley Christian upgrades its record to 4-0 on the campaign. The EAGLES host Blue Ridge Christian (Bridgewater, VA) to play the Bears in a non-league challenge on Thursday, December 8. The Bears come into the challenge with a record of 3-1. Blue Ridge Christian won 65-22 in their recent non-league challenge against King's Christian Academy (Roanoke, VA)

Next up, the Crusaders play the Westover Christian Academy Bulldogs (Danville, VA) in a VISAA Division III challenge, on Friday, December 9. Temple Christian will attempt to upgrade on its 4-1 season record. The Bulldogs come into the challenge with a 3-2 record after their 66-64 league loss to New Covenant (Lynchburg, VA).
